New hybrid rose created in honour of Ted White

James Campbell, a local trained botanist, has created a new hybrid rose at the request of the Alsager branch of the Royal British Legion, specifically to honour Ted White. Ted served in WW2 and lived in Alsager until his death in January 2020, aged 95. The British Legion is now making the rose available at £30 each, and has asked that we make this known to Alsager U3A members.
