Important Updates:
We have now reached the end of the Autumn Term 2023 and the Help Desk at Civic is now closed until we return to Civic on Monday 8th January 2024.

We have had a very successful Autumn Term where membership has grown to 1039. 59 Groups are still flourishing with more members wanting to join all the time.

As this is our 25th Anniversary year we have had two very successful Anniversary celebrations; the first being a concert by our own orchestra showcasing music from stage and screen. This took place at St Mary's Church and was attended by well over 200 people. We raised £2,000 which was distributed between three Alsager Charities (Alsager Foodbank; Alsager Animals in Need and Alsager Dementia-Friendly Community) and St Mary's Church.

At our Open Morning on Monday 27th November we invited back original Committee Members and original Members to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. A celebration booklet was produced, giving information on how Alsager U3A was started and where we are now. This was extremely well received by all attendees. The morning culminated with a cutting of a 25th Anniversary cake which was distributed amongst all attendees.

A new Talk Time programme has been produced and will be available on the website and in paper form from Monday 8th January when the Spring Term restarts.
